How much does a .ae domain cost?
A .ae domain is AED 110 per year at CreativeON, including free DNS management and renewal reminders. No VAT is charged at present.
Who can register a .ae domain?
Anyone can register a .ae domain; there is no residency requirement. Some second-level extensions such as .co.ae or .gov.ae have their own rules, and we can guide you through them.
How long does registration take?
Most extensions, including .com and .ae, are live within minutes of payment. You then point the domain at your hosting or email from your CreativeON account, or ask us to do it.
Can I transfer a domain I already own to CreativeON?
Yes. Unlock the domain at your current registrar, get its authorisation code, and start the transfer here. Transfers usually complete within 5 days and add a year to the expiry for most extensions.
Do I get the domain in my own name?
Always. The registrant is you or your company. You can transfer away at any time without fees.
Do you offer WHOIS privacy?
Yes, free where the registry allows it. .ae domains do not publish personal contact details publicly.
What happens when the domain expires?
We remind you 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before renewal, and you can auto-renew with a saved card. If it lapses, most extensions have a grace period during which we can still restore it.
